Carers Support
Are You a Carer?
If you look after a friend or relative who cannot manage without your help, you are classed as a carer. We would like to support you in your very important role.
As a carer you are entitled to a free flu vaccination during the flu season. The person you look after may be entitled to a carer’s assessment.
Please let us know that you look after someone who cannot manage without you by clicking here and completing our form. We can register you as a Carer and sign post you to services that can help you, such as Carers Count and The Carer's Trust.
Even if you are not a patient of ours, we can still provide you with a range of information to enable you to register as a Carer at your own practice.
Our Carer Champion is Sana Hussain.
